Change ProcessShould a Northern Star Online enrollee need to make a change from their current enrollment, they should follow these procedures:
To change a REQUEST for an existing course:
1. Log in to the Genius Registration system
2. Click on Request Courses
3. Click the icon under "Edit" next to the course request you wish to change
4. Change the parameters as needed
5. Click SAVE
To REQUEST a NEW course:
1. Log in to the Genius Registration system
2. Click on Request Courses from the side menu
3. Click "Request New Course" link at the top of the screen.
4. Enter the new request.
5. Click SAVE
To DELETE a course REQUEST:
1. Contact your counselor.
2. Email enrollment@district287.org with the name of the course request you would like to delete.
If you are having difficulty logging into Genius or changing a request:
- Download the following NSO Change in Enrollment Form:
-Request for Change in Enrollment in NSO courses
- Complete and sign form. (Note: Section 2 needs to be completed by School Counselor.)
- Mail or FAX the form as per the address or phone information on the form.
